Hello everyone I just got the tech from the company which installed my whole system a 3TON TOSOT but the model I have uses R410 installed in August 2024 brand new . Last week the whole coil blew up and lost my Freon too for a total of 4 leaks at the extremities (tech said it was an installation defect )2 outside 2 inside . Good thing I have bought the extended warranty. But I just learned the R410 condensers are something going obsolete since. So parts are getting harder to get . We are talking months of waiting for the coil. Condensers I think are going for R32 instead correct me If I am wrong.

Now my question is : is it a possibility, because I have the extended warranty, that they simply switch the whole Condenser for the newer model with R32 considering parts for the condenser using R410 are going to be discontinued.
