For context, I have been doing dip for quite a few years with different brands and never had any problem. I bought a glamrdip kit, I tried twice, and both times the same thing happened. I do all the steps like they recommend (the same steps I always do with different brands), but after the seal, when I try to file them, this happens (picture attached). It's like the seal is just not working and the dip doesn't dry. Last time I tried waiting 10 WHOLE MINUTES, and it still never dried.

Has this happened to anyone else? I really wanted to like glamrdip because of all their pretty colours but at this point I'm starting to wonder it's just a scam?
