Basically theres this pigeon in my local flock that is SUPER friendly and mild mannered, kinda wobbly on his feet and has a bit of difficulty eating the peanuts i feed the rest of the flock unless i crush them up. Also his upper body/neck looks a little crooked. Im basically wondering if you think hes like… clinically stupid. Like flew into a window and got brain damage or something. Thanks 🙏

Edit: want to add that ive been feeding these guys since July and hes kind of always been like this. He also started out smaller and has grown a bit, so i think he was born this year. If that affects anything.
