When did you stop/wind down pain meds?
I’m on day 7 and officially ran out of prescription ibuprofen so I tried taking just some tylenol to sleep and woke up hugely in pain. When will it enddd?

Day 5 - sharp pain when drinking water
I’m only really struggling with one hole now which was my most impacted tooth that they had to cut up.
A dull ache breaks through 2~ hours before I’m due to re-up pain meds, and cool or room temp water causes an intense shooting pain for a minute or two. Neither of these are unbearable extreme pain so I assume it’s not dry socket but it is really really uncomfortable. I’m supposed to start irrigating tomorrow and I’m terrified at the prospect of shooting water directly into that hole.
I also return to work tomorrow at a hard labor job and I’m worried I won’t be able to handle it.
Any advice?

getting removal on wednesday for all 4 wisdoms. any advice for getting them to let me keep them?
