Hello guys. I gave jee advanced without much prep as I cared more of bitsat. I'm scoring decent there. I have confidence that maybe I can get into bits/iit next year if I give in my all. Is it worth it or is snu good enough already?

Also if I reject snu this year and back off, next year with a new percentile will be they still accept me or blacklist me?

Lastly, how many kids are in cse 2025?

Hello guys. This might be very vague but I heard it from a few people so please dont judge.

Please answer this if you have some idea related with college.

I got CSE offer letter in snu. I messed up jee mains big time hence no scholarship through that but recently looking at my jee advanced mock scores I'm sure I should get my name in rank list. Now according to Google I can't get any scholarship at 30k rank in advanced but people said that if we go in person they probably land you some discount or smth. Added I think I should get some low branch like environment in bits on my current score and I'm sure I'll do better in second attempt, if I leave that for joining snu will that help to land any scholarships?

My friend got into JIIT Noida but due to being unwell in boards, he messed up his boards really badly (guy literally slept in his math boards). Now he will be giving Improvement exams and will surely score above 60.

If we take TOC in 2 subjects and give nios boards through 3, will we get one marksheet. If yes will that be accepted by colleges?

Before only I'll say it can be a bit long post but your help can be really helpful.

My friend comes from a weak study background, scored barely 60% in 10th grade and he secured electronic + computer engineering (priority 7) in jiit (1.75 lakh rank) in mains 1 then slacked off due to burnout. Maybe it's not the best option in the world, but I'm proud of him. It's really a achievement for us.

I want to know about the counselling process as his parents don't really support him, it's just me and him in this. If we wish to get a better branch which I think he can get according to previous year cutoff ranks, what should we do to be eligible for round 2 counselling? Should we do nothing and just sit back and wait?

One last question, his dad thinks it's a core branch and is shit so to convince to pay, we need ai-ml which is just one priority above.

Our priority 6 is AI+ML then Robotics as priority 5, then Cse + cs as third then 128 cse, then it 62, then cse 62.

If we dont pay the fees by 14 may, will we still be allowed to sit for upgradtion?

I got offered Btech CSE and I paid the seat blocking fees of 3.9 lakhs, I filled out the personal details. The academic details contains a anti ragging certificate or something which I don't understand how to fill along with it there is a living expense fees. Do I have to pay that as well or is my seat blocked?

I have applied in jiit and thapar, jiit is asking for 1 lakh to sit in counselling process, if I pay that and thapar also asks for money, I can't do at both places. I have applied to thapar and paid 1500, will I be given a seat without paying something extra? Please let me know or do I have to pay big amount to sit in counselling?
