Music suggestions with lots of non-diatonic/borrowed chords in phrases longer than 4 bars?

I'm becoming increasingly enamored with chord progressions that feel like they really go on a little journey rather than just loop over and over.

For example: a lot of Paul McCartney's writing in songs such as Your Mother Should Know, Penny Lane, Blackbird, Martha My Dear, etc.

Elton John is also someone that I'm noticing does this a lot.

It often feels epic and maybe a bit classical but not in a rigid way. It usually comes off as if the chord progression is talking (we rarely speak strictly in groups of 4).

Bonus points if it's in an odd time signature or contains a weird number of bars.

Also, is there a name for this style of writing in general?

TL;DR songs, albums, or artists that write progressions longer than 4 bars and contain non-diatonic, borrowed, or modulating chord progressions.

Feedback On My Roman Numeral Diagram

I put this infographic together as a song writing tool to help me build chord progressions that are less constrained by a single mode. I really enjoy borrowed and non-diatonic chords in music so this was how I decided to conceptualize it.

If anyone wants to give some constructive criticism to the diagram, that would be much appreciated. Are there any other non-diatonic chords I could add? Maybe there are ways to make the diagram more practical or legible.

I'm considering adding some other keys such as harmonic minor but it might be difficult to incorporate cleanly.

I left out diminished chords for the sake of simplicity. I just don't find them all that useful but it wouldn't be hard to add back in.

Of course, let me know if any of the information is incorrect as well.

Have the devs confirmed any inspiration for the landscape of the planet?

I noticed that Jupiter is clearly visible in the sky so I looked into it further; apparently Jupiter has a moon called Io that is mainly comprised of sand dunes and volcanic rock structures, similar to Sophie. I wonder if the devs were inspired by Io and/or paying homage in some way.

Obviously Io and Sophie have quite a few crucial differences: Io's surface is much more alien compared to the earth-like deserts of Sophie. Io has an ambient temperature of -202°F and lava everywhere (400 active volcanoes and hundreds of lava lakes), unlike Sophie.

Nevertheless, the comparison doesn't feel like much of a stretch either. I can easily imagine big spider machines walking around in the picture above.
