Another sketch, struggling with motivation haha

I've been struggling to gain motivation so i've been drawing a tiny bit since you know, getting started is how you gain it so here's a rushed drawing :D

random thought came in my head "Yk I should just make a doodle of a goth girlie" and I thought why not make a goth themed bug girl

Another character that MIGHT be a part of my project. Idk. Old ass drawing and he needs a major revamp (1. I'm terrible at designing males 2. I struggle drawing males)

Also i'll try to post a little bit more! I plan on taking my art more seriously starting tomorrow so yeah :D

She's part of a big project i'm planning so if some things seem a bit confusing that's why :)

She's a green tree ant who works as a Botanist for her current colony and she is what I call a "myracite" as she has emerald. A myracite is a extremely rare form of ant that has a special material within it's body (Usually gemstones, crystals etc.) The chance of this happening is roughly around 1/100,000 ants born. Some bigger colonies may have a few myracites while others may only have 1-2. Myracites often receive tighter protection because in the past they would often be killed for their resources by enemy colonies

Myracite -> the study of ants + crystals

I'll probably make a post about the colonies also (I'm not fully sure what I want here yet so i'm not gonna go into full depth yet)

Also her favourite food is crab leg

Instead of just being a Green ant, she's gonna be a Green tree ant (Also known as Weaver ants) with a bit of emerald as part of her body :)
