Hey all. My SL7 no longer turns on properly. When starting the car, the centre screen does not turn on, and the dashboard screen boots into 'simple mode'. I only have a basic display of whats happening. Speed, gear selected, battery, range, energy out/in.

The most unsettling part is that when I'm driving, the indicator doesn't give me an audible feedback. It on. I can see the lights flashing. But silence. So uncomfortable.

The main 2 troubleshooting idea recommendations have been;

• Press and hold volume for 10-15 sec. I've even gone for multiple minutes.
• Step out the car, lock, wait minutes, start car again. Nothing still. This started Friday, each day it's still the same.

The only idea I haven't tried is disconnecting the 12v battery, because I'm not sure if it's under the front passenger, or rear passenger.

Has anyone run into this before? What helped fix it? Is my only option now to take it to a service centre? Calls to service centres had them head scratching as well. They recommended the 2 troubleshoot ideas. The internet suggested the 12v disconnect.
