I am looking for the most basic, cheap way to get into IR photography (if necessary just taping a hopefully cheap filter to a phone or camera) any suggestions?

I am an openutau noob and one of the songs i want to cover is orifinally in russian, which i dont know. I am quite confident i recognize the phonemes i need, would it be possible to use the english voicebank (been trying to use x-sampa) to make teto sing said song or should i try a russian voicebank?

I have heard so far of

-nucleares

-oakridge plant (roblox)

-realistic boiling water reactor sim (roblox)

And probably some others, but i wonder which gets closer to the running of a nuclear power plant on ones own,even if perfect realisim is never possible
