ULPT - Marriage or other ways to immigrate to the EU

I'm an American man looking to immigrate to Europe and I have exhausted all possible ways to do so. I have considered legal and unethical ways to do it, but I am running out of ideas. I lived in Europe all last year and would like to go back, I did it the legal way last time. This time I don't really care.

Anyone have an ideas of how to do so? Do you know other people who have maybe found a loophole?

For context I'm 37 so I don't qualify for holiday visas.

One night spent in a hospital

I have no intention of paying it, and Medicaid said they weren’t paying it. People in other countries question whether US healthcare is really that unaffordable
