Does anyone know the story behind why they don’t make the toning sticks anymore? My class is growing and I’ve run out, especially the purple ones. I’m scouting eBay all the time, but it’s just weird.
Our situation: I have a trust fund that has enough to keep paying our mortgage and utilities for about 4 more months. But my husband has been out of a job for 2 years, he’s doing gig work but it’s not going well. I have been working part time, but not making much over minimum wage. By the end of each month, our bank accounts go overdrawn for a few days, and all of our credit cards are maxed.
I mean, we can’t afford even the basic house preparations, like hiring a junk truck to remove at least 50% of our crap.
We have 20 years paid on our mortgage. Remaining amount is about 80-90 thousand.
Is refinancing an option? Can we get a home equity loan with bad credit and no full time employment? Where do we even start?
