I have been liking the person since few years, also he is my neighbour . And recently we had a eye contact 20 seconds conversation which felt magical.

I don’t know do I get drawn to him and when I seem him , I have this sensation.

Recently this lomasthana all is all over internet , but is really safe to use it.

Am a 21 Male ( Hypothyroidism ) , and can I use it on my groin and inner thigh safely. I have heard it has arsenic in moderate amounts, but will affect my homones in any manner ?

I'm stuck between two paths and they're basically the same two industries, just in a different order:

MBA in Real Estate now → build a career there → start something of my own in events/branding later

Masters in Event Management now → own company in 3-4 yrs → build real estate quietly on the side, bigger by year 8-10 years

What I'm trying to understand:

1. ⁠Which sequence does the chart actually support more — RE first or Events first?

2. ⁠Where is my wealth realistically coming from — business, property, something else?

3. ⁠Any window I should be careful of (burnout, wrong timing, bad partnerships)?

4. ⁠Does either path show genuine scope to scale big, or is one more capped?

Any remedy that would help strengthen whichever path is favoured?

Trying to pick something that actually grows, not just looks good on paper, so any read on this would help a lot. Thanks in advance 🙏

Hey people ,

21 M here. Its been years I have been in blue about my career and since past 2-3 years its getting intense. A lot of fear , anxiety and overthinking around it.

Its like more the options worse it gets. Out of a tree full of oranges, I have to pick one and leave the rest ( atleast for now ). Though I got some clarity that.

1. I want to be an entrepreneur in long run.

2. It had to be something creative and not repetitive.

But still I don’t know I got a lot of fear which I can’t identify but something just postpones the decision. I don’t know why.

Off late I have came to two conclusions. Eiether to have an MBA in Real Estate or A course in event management. I can’t pick between the two. I just got 2 days to make final decision. Real Estate seems practically perfect and Event management like a bit of a risk but maybe I can’t get it off me. A a bit materialistic a lil spiritual too.

What would be good to start ? Where do you see me making good business in next 5 years and achieving my dream rich life and satisfaction with work . I really want to make good fame and wealth in industry I go in and give my family and myself everything they deserve.

Please guide me through this.
