package from Japan has been stuck after leaving Tokyo for a month. not sure what to do 🫠

i'm waiting for a package from Raphnet that was shipped from Japan to Colombia.
according to Japan post tracking, the package left Tokyo about a month ago, and there haven't been any updates since then.
i'm wondering if there's something i'm supposed to do, like paying customs fees or contacting someone. i haven't received any notification from colombian customs or my local postal service. i also contacted the seller (Raphnet), and they told me they haven't been contacted by Japan post or anyone else either.
has anyone experienced something similar? is it normal for a package to be in transit for this long, or should i start an inquiry?
