Hi! Just got an Aidan and wondering if anyone has advice for picking profiles. I drink light roast with mix of clean washed coffees and some funkier processed coffees. What are people’s go-too recipes for 2-300ml brews? How does it change for 500ml or 700ml brews?

I have this months September sub bags which is two different washed peru. I’ve been killing it with the switch but haven’t fully achieved with the aeropress. Aeropress would be easier- does anyone have a recipe for this setup that might help me do this instead? Worried about packing size and damaging the Neo. I will bring a third wave water pack to use
I feel like I've been having a hard time getting good results since the new year but did great all last year. Did something change? Do I need to work on my technique? I use the lance double recipe with a v60 and zp6/ df54 brew burr, third wave water at 50%

Temp: 93-96°C
Total Time: 2:00–2:30
Method: Center-focused circular pour; keep stream height low (below where the stream breaks).
0:00 - Pour 45g (Bloom speed: 5-10 ml/s)
0:30 - Pour to 90g (Bloom speed: 5-10 ml/s)
1:00 - Pour to 225g (Final speed: 9-10 ml/s)
