We're staying in white town pondicherry and have 2 days time. On day one we are thinking of exploring paradise beach and auroville and then on day 2 we are thinking of going to mangrove forest. Is it operational in the month of June? How to get there from pondicherry?
Hi! 25F. I'm 162 cm and initially I was 103kg and after 5 months I've lost 12-13 kgs, now I'm 88 kgs but I'm not able to lose it further. No matter what my weight is fluctuating between 88 and 89 for 1 month. What to do!? Initially I used to eat 1650 calories now I've made a deficit of 1400 calories. I do strength training 5 days a week. Sometimes I do cardio for 2-3 days. One thing is I do a cheat day every week. I also complete 5-6k steps everyday.
What can I do I want to reach 86kg by end of this month. At this point I'm feeling really demotivated.
