I started with .5mg twice a week and this week I’m doing 2 doses of 1mg. The wide affects aren’t that bad but I’m wondering if anyone has had these, the MAIN one being that my feet are SO sore. I am hydrating with electrolytes like crazy. I also have had a bunch of anxiety, and I’m on 10mg of Citalopram and haven’t had anxiety like this in years. And lastly, tennis elbow, omg it’s so annoying.

Anyone else? I’m down 7ish lbs, but idk if all this is worth it. I’m thinking of stopping bc I freaked myself out tbh.
