IMO, the whole point of “RTO” was so that the headline now would be about office closure, not about firing staff.
The offices (many of them, anyway) have been closed for years.
The real headline isn’t about office closure.
It’s about firing union staff.
IMO, the plan has always been to privatize the WSIB.
