I am in PAIN, anyway

So 2 weeks ago on thursday i went to the dentist and i got a peridontal cleaning, and my gums were swollen(mainly my right side, back molars) soon after it had started being painful but thats..normal yk, healing process, i felt it get better.

After a few days the pain SKYROCKETED, it was horrible i could not live it was genuinely so bad it felt like my gums were going to rip themselves apart, so i went to the dentist

He proceeded to, after NOT doing an x-ray, tell me it was bcs my tooth was too decayed and that i needed it extracted, he only looked at it extremely quickly, he told me he'll give me amoxiciline and we'll see how it goes, i myself looked at it..it probably does need a filling or a root canal but maybe not a full extraction..but im not dentist, i'm just scared, i told him it was the full row of upper gums/teeth and he told me it was transferal pain bcs of a cavity on the bottom row

Im not doing that rn not until i find out whats really happening, anyway, another thing is that i rlly dont remember when the nose congestion came, if it was before of after but it was soon either way, my mucus is wet/runny and clear

But for ~2 days(NOT SURE) now ive been in pain, my head is hurting, i feel pressure behind my eye, in my ear, in my temples, horrible migraines, sometimes the pain shifts and my gums start to hurt again (as they started hurting less) its horrible, my nose is weird too but weirdly its the lesser evils, i dont have much apetite.

Ive been on the amoxiciline for 4 days and i took my morning dose a few hours ago

Tips? Anything? It hurts and im going to cry
