Concern regarding pursuing mbbs in the south as a north indian..

hey so I appeared for the neet ug examination this year and as a resident of the north I really wanna know if opting for a college in the south will be a bad decision...I've heard that there's no such problem with the teaching staff and all but there is a significant linguisitc barrier at the time of community visits and clinical postings, so should I avoid considering the south for college?
