Hi all. I live on the west side of Bloomington a bit near Market St and i’m just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what to do about multiple neighbors who let their dogs bark for hours on end. We have called the non-emergency line multiple times but it remains a daily problem. Is anyone else experiencing this? We hear them at all hours of the day but they have started as early as 5/6 in the morning and will bark off and on for hours usually until the evening. It’s driving me mad and I genuinely feel so bad for the dogs that are being left outside by their owners despite them so clearly being uncomfortable or overstimulated for hours every single day. I miss having quiet mornings in my own home and just not sure how to approach this situation 😭
