hello everyone. I just rented a U-Haul from RT Dunn and it was absolutely beyond infested with German roaches.

I’ve literally never had this happen, like babies, adults falling from the truck, YUCK

This town is so boring and there's nothing to ever do. Tryna get out of the house today. What bars are showing the hot dog eating contest? Preferably with no kids and college chicks?

Hi, I am preparing for a move and getting rid of a ton of books that are in good condition. Wondering if anyone needs donations to their Free Little Libraries? These are “grown up” books, not children’s books. Also, I have already tried to donate to both public libraries and didn’t hear back so please don’t suggest that 😊 I live in West Bloomington but I’m willing to donate to anyone in the area who wants them. I’m writing this post as I am sitting here on college Avenue waiting for a freight train that is completely stopped across the train crossing. I’ve lived in normal for over 20 years now, and feel like something has changed with these freight trains in the past couple years. I do not remember dealing with them stopped across multiple rail crossings for extended periods of time. Am I noticing something new, or just becoming a grumpy old man?

I have the night off for the first time in years. I know about Miller park and Fairview. Is ISU golf course still a thing?

Does anyone go to a dentist that accepts Delta Dental? Not interested in Aspen or any other chain offices...or Lakewood. I found Foehr Group, Randolph & Associates and Affordable dentistry listed on the Delta site, so would love feedback on those offices if anyone has it as well. Thanks!

I live in Phoenix Towers. I know what a lot of people here think of the place but after my last place it has been a balm and boon to me for a few years.

That was until a new neighbor moved in about three months ago and brought bedbugs into the apartment. I thought it was fleas at first (the neighbor has two dogs and I found some fleas at first) but eventually I started finding bedbugs, as did other neighbors.

This month the management hired Reed's Pest Control who only fogged the rooms of those effected. I've read that fogging is very hit-or-miss for bedbugs but also very cheap. The Pest Control have been by my place twice but not actually killed the bedbugs.

I'm going on 2 weeks after I informed them, again, that I still have bedbugs. They stated they would call Pest Control but it didn't get done for a full business week and this week they kept "canceling" on the apartment. I still have bed bugs. I have told them, every day, I have bed bugs. They don't seem to care anymore now that they're limited to my room.

I need help with services that can get them off their butts and DO something. Is there some disability services I can call, some city services, or something else? I'm relatively new to Bloomington and have no idea who to turn to for help.

Has anyone had good or bad experiences with Briarwood II? I’m attending ISU in the fall and I am renting at Briarwood Apartments through Young America. In terms of community and living how’s the apartment complex like?

Just saw two police atvs driving down Washington, pulling those solar powered cameras. Don't know if it is any cause for concern, but it seemed fuckin weird.
