Anyone else have their cat wall come off the wall?

I use massive toggle bolts on all of my stuff, and this one has been up for almost two years with daily traffic. I came home from work to find this and luckily no injured kitties. The only thing I can think of as a reason is that the mounting holes are so close together that they concentrated force in too small of an area.

For those if you who have done your own 12k service, are they usually exactly the same like this?

I figured they'd be all over the place, but I had to order a bunch more 2.08mm shims since all 4 exhaust valves on the front bank need the exact same size.

Do your kitties like being held?

Pretty much all the kitties I've had through the years have loved being picked up, but 3 out of 5 of my current council only tolerate it for maybe 5 seconds before they start squirming and scratching. If they weren't all so lovable other than that I'd feel like I failed as a cat dad, but I guess I just got unlucky to get kitties who don't like being held.

Central IL area help wanted

My 2020 Tuono V4 is coming up on the 12k valve service way too quickly (11,400 tonight), so I'm hoping to find someone sort of local to me that has the skills and the will to do that service without me needing to trailer it 3.5 hours to the dealer and back.
