Thanks to all who shared overdye ideas. I just wanted to share my results, which I LOVE. I had some left over purple/blue dye that I used. I left them dry, no prep, did a looser skein than normal and a slow striking process.
My Meyer Lemon Tree is in it's 2nd flush of blooms. Last year I got 2 lemons. This year I have alot of blooms and little green bases that are the beginning of lemons. But they seem weak, having trouble staying on the tree. I regularly water with a citrus fertilizer (but not too much water). The plant looks great. I just wonder if there's something specific that points to the dropping fruit that I'm missing or if this is normal. Thanks!
