I’ve tried different browsers, different devices, different prompts, different reference images, no matter what it either gives me an authentication error or most of the time it’s an outerface error that don’t specify what the issue is.

I’ve seen tons of people say that it’s due to the reference videos (even though every single one of my reference videos work immediately with SD 2.0) but when I try on SD 2.5 I immediately get the outerface error and I’ve tried using shorter videos, I’ve tried upscaling them, downscaling them, reducing them in size, removing audio NOTHING WORKS

And I’m not even trying to generate anything NSFW!!!! I’m trying to do fully clothed videos and after 2 days of driving myself insane trying to rework my references and prompts nothing works.

Can anyone give me a bit of guidance, here?

Surprised no one else has asked but I’m sure I’m not the only one dying to get confirmation of the expectation for Venice to get an uncensored model of Seedance 2.5 when it releases on the 20th?
