Hello! Heading to London and trying to pick 1-2 shows. Technically been to the West End before (caught Aladdin and Wicked) but those were gifts so I didn't get to choose (pero maganda both!!) This time makakapili na ko!!

I'm a musical (but I will still watch straight plays etc - loved VLF) theatre fan. Seen a few PH productions/versions of some shows already so I know some of these shows, but open to rewatching if the West End version is genuinely a different experience. Huge fan of our local theatre scene, but there's something about watching these shows in their original home that I’m really looking forward to experience :)

From what's running during my dates (t'was actually 25, just removed some)

• Hamilton
• The Phantom of the Opera
• Matilda
• Wicked
• The Lion King
• Moulin Rouge!
• The Devil Wears Prada
• Hadestown
• Rent
• Into the Woods

Would love to know:
- What's the one show you'd tell a fellow Filipino NOT to miss?
- For shows that had PH runs, is the West End version worth watching again?
- Is it worth splurging on premium seats or does mid-range deliver just as well?

Question - baka kasi ako 'yung mali 'yung intindi. Minsan lang kasi ako mag Cash, nakaconnect usually sa Maya ko.

I've read somewhere na may booking fee na sila. So ok.

Kanina I booked, so ang range nung fare na nakashow ay ₱120 ish to ₱138.

Dumating ako sa destination ko, ₱108.50 'yung asa meter niya. He mentioned ₱138 daw kasi yun daw 'yung nasa app. Pinascan ko 'yung QR sa meter nya and pinaend yung trip. Ang lumabas na cash to collect is ₱127.50, which is okay assuming na plus booking fee nga.

But he insisted na ₱138? True ba dahil yun yung max dun sa range? Hindi kasi ganun ang understanding ko, but he kept on insisting. Hmm. 🤔
