second very generic project

Hey Reddit, I'm here practicing rhythms in LMMS. Even though I haven't abandoned my first project, I wanted to experiment with some other things since I'm still very new to music production.
I also wanted to ask if anyone has tutorials—or something similar—on creating string accompaniment for the third section. I've tried everything and nothing sounds quite right, even though I can hear exactly how it's supposed to go in my head.
