Financial management

I’m in the 2032 season. From 2026-2031, i had steady improvement, lost the constructors by 35 pts and wdc by 4. I got fired anyway cuz of the financial deficit. I have been in a -100M deficit every season no matter what i do. How do i fix that?

I feel stuck and I’m looking to get married next year

I feel stuck at my current pay. No benefits, just hourly with 10 days pto. Apparently $30 is market value, but i cant buy an interview with a new job so idk how to leverage that for this job

Interstate question

I just bought the illinois dlc. I havent played since 2023 until yesterday. As i was driving into stl from the west i noticed i-64 is inaccessible, but irl thats a major interstate and it merges with i70 to the west. A lot of driving through west st louis is on that highway, so why does it exist to the east, but i cant drive to the west on it?

In need of help negotiating a raise

I got hired in 2022 with no degree and no experience at $18/hour. Every year since, i’ve gotten a $1 raise. I’m currently at $22. No insurance, no retirement (through work), 10 days pto. We charge $125 an hour. I’m seeing some people say 25% of billable should be my rate which would be close to $31, but im really only looking for $28-$29. Im almost 4 years in, and im below market in pay and am about to propose to my gf and we need that income to afford to live. I have applied to hundreds of jobs in the last 2 years with no luck. This is a crazy high raise to ask for, but im also being paid crazy low. What can i do here?
