Recommendations needed!
1997 ram 3500 5.9 Cummins
New to the diesel world and need help building a tow rig, pull roughly 10k avg daily. Pulls fine but definitely want to make it better!
Current upgrades gauges, mishimoto radiator, banks ram intake, ats exhaust manifold, rebuilt trans, upgraded brakes and front end. everything else is stock
What else can I do to get this 5.9 to pull strong

Smoked chicken
Any feedback on what you guys do differently? Ran for couple hrs around 250 got pretty hot at the end I feel that’s why chicken got a bit dry. Overall not as bad definitely looking to improve! Ran oak wood what do you y’all guys use for chicken?
