Question about snow dram, please help
I‘ve been attempting for hours and i really dont know what I‘m doing wrong at this point, wondering if anyone could give me some pointers please, thank you

Every time I wear a pad i end up leaking, mostly there ends up being blood on my inner thighs and I haven‘t been able to bypass that even with changing them more often (about every 4 hours) or wearing night pads. I don‘t think my flow is THAT heavy so…what could i do feel comfortable wearing a bad and stop leaking?
