I was asked to complete tb checks and an occupational assessment as I asked for adjustments. I've provided wwcc and ID. I was told I'm the preferred candidate and the recommendation report to start with the team was approved. Am I sure to get the job? I have another offer and I want to be sure before rejecting it.
I recently interviewed for a role and a few hours later, they reached out to my referees and requested ID documents. They contacted me a few days ago to say the recommendation report was approved and HR in boarding would start soon. What might be the next steps? Does it usually take long before I get a formal offer and at what point should I give notice to my current job? I appreciate any advice, this is just my second job ever 🙏
I interviewed for an NSW Health position in mental health 2 weeks ago. They contacted me referees immediately after the interview and followed up to say they were still waiting on one. Then, two days ago, they requested my ID documents. They didn't state that I'm the preferred candidate as far as I recall but they've been very communicative and responsive. Am I likely to get the job? And how long might it take till I get the offer and I'm able to start?
