How can I save my pink panther?

The last picture is from when I bought the plant in November. Now, it’s quite sparse, the soil is hollowing out and the leaves closer to the soil have died.

I water it once a week or when soil feels dry and it gets bright sun in the middle of the day (sits right behind a sheer curtain to a north-facing window). I’m thinking the issue might be root rot based on the leaves as the container sits flush with the bottom of the pot, so I’ve bought a slightly bigger container and will elevate it slightly in a bigger pot to ensure it’s not sitting in water - will this solve the issue?

Or should I bite the bullet and cut and propagate?

Outerwear for training in the rain?

This might seem like a silly question but what does everyone wear when training in the rain?

A hoodie/sweater would obviously get wet. Rain jackets are ok but thin and add no heat, so training, or at least the first 10 minutes, is absolutely brutal.

I overheat easily, so a top, hoodie, then rain jacket would be too uncomfortable for me.

Does anyone have any recommendations that will keep the rain out, add some kind of warmth, and don’t restrict play?

Anyone else here think Netflix would be more successful if they changed the format to more of a MTT style?

Just think:

Less - twisting of narratives, politics, drama, screen time for partners

More - insight into triangle formations, group leader selection, follow the leader drills, uniform fittings, locker room chat and group presents, photo shoots and group photo

Of course there is a positivity to the negativity in that we can see who are the rotten eggs, but I dont want to be told the story. I want to watch the story and make my own mind up.
