Beginner rollerskating spots/people? 🛼

Hey guys! I’m 28F and I’ve been wanting to learn to rollerskate for a while - I’ve been on skates a few times but I’m not confident at all. I have so far only been to midlands roller arena but it’s quite a drive & I’d love to be able to skate outside.

Does anyone know of any good spots for a total beginner? Any established groups for beginners or anyone who would like to learn with me?

TIA 🙂‍↕️

Is a retest in 12 months normal for this TSH and T4?

I had a blood test in April as I was constantly feeling tired and napping every day - my TSH was very slightly raised at 7.73 mlU/L and free T4 was just in the normal range at 12.2 pmol/L. I did also have a vitamin D and ferritin deficiency so was prescribed supplements for both.

I was asked to recheck 3 months later - deficiencies are now both corrected but my TSH was 8.18 and free T4 was 10.5 (dropped very slightly below stated normal range). I was sent a text message from my GP asking me to recheck again in 12 months following these results - is this normal given my free T4 has dropped very slightly below the normal range?

I am feeling a noticeable difference in tiredness since correcting my deficiencies & the only other even slightly abnormal blood test was basophil count at 0.2 10*9 / L.

I am tempted to book a blood test earlier than 12 montha but I wanted to ask here to see what people’s thoughts are?

Thank you :)
