In store experience has gotten terrible

The in-store experience at my ulta location has gone downhill so dramatically. It took 25 minutes to do like 3 returns and the staff is SO rude. As if it’s my fault they can’t just easily look up an item I bought a month ago. And it’s been like this every time I’ve gone in the last year.

It’s also annoying that you can’t return by mail easily because they’ve shortened the in-store return window, so if you don’t live near a location you’re kind of screwed. I’ve been a diamond member for years and might officially just switch to the other retailer at this point.
