Getting it taken out tomorrow

I’m finally getting it taken out. I’m not trying to scare anybody for using it, as it has always done its job of not getting me pregnant.
I had it in 5 years now. The first year I bled non stop, and eventually it evened out to a proper menstrual cycle of 4 days but only every 3 months. However, just recently the period never stopped like it usually does. My anxiety spiked, I’m losing alot of weight and having migraines and I’m nauseous all the time. The tip of the iceberg was waking up to a bloody mess on day 16 of bleeding. The flow was as if it was the second day of my period. What was only usually only enough to slightly fill a panty liner is now making me go through my pads.
I just can’t take it anymore, I’ve been miserable and depressed.
If anyone has gotten it taken out for the same reasons, how quick did your body and mood adjust back to what you consider normal ?

Migraine at wake and at sleep time

What the hell man. What is going on atp. I get migraines maybe for a whole month out of the entire year, so I can’t really get on any meds for it and have to work with otc meds and home remedies. But they come at the exact same time every day. 30 to 20 minutes after I wake up and 30 minutes before my bedtime. Neurologists are always booked 3 months away so by the time the appointment comes I have no symptoms and never end up using whatever is prescribed lmao. Ugh
Anyone else deal with this ?
