Do Bachelor’s Degree Holders Still Need Missing GEs?

I’m planning on applying to the BSN program, and I already have a bachelor’s degree. However, when I look at West Coast’s GE requirements, it seems like I’m missing an additional English class and an additional humanities class.
Would I still need to take those classes even though I already have a bachelor’s degree?

Pronto

We were told not to use Canvas until Sunday afternoon. On Thursday, my professor contacted us through Pronto, which I didn’t even know existed, and gave instructions for a completely different assignment instead of the exam that was supposed to be open from Thursday to Sunday. I never received any email notification on Thursday or Friday about this either, and she doesn’t email/answer emails on weekends. once I realized what was happening by other students. I told her I didn’t have Pronto, so I was waiting for Canvas to come back up to complete the exam there. When I explained this to her on Zoom, she kind of laughed and seemed to assume I was lying before moving on with the lecture.I also emailed her afterward but haven’t heard back. Should I go to the department about this? Also am I the only one that didn’t know about Pronto? I feel very dumb.
