My cat (5-6 months old) Hasn't eaten anything in the past 24 hours after vomiting his food last night, and vomiting this morning. What could be going on?

His diet only consists of what i can leave behind as leftovers in which last nights case was Adobo with Rice. I'm a 16 year old that's living alone rn so Vets aren't really an option for me, all i have is dextrose and i dont know if that'll help him.

Please help!
