Recently got an offer to join a big4 modelling team as a manager. I am moving from a different background. I would like to know:

• Does anyone have experience working in such teams? If so, what was it like?
• Advice ahead of moving into the role? I don't have a modelling background, just taught myself enough to pass their technical case interview
• What are the exit opportunities like?
