Do you feel like you’ve been given what you need to succeed as a manager? Some days I feel like I’m failing partly due to how little training I’ve received. I’m a newer manager and really haven’t established any work relationships with other managers in my market so when I don’t know something I usually wing it and hope for the best. That bit me in the 🫏 recently which is frustrating because the few times I have reached out to different managers they almost seem annoyed at being bothered lol. Anyway, what’s one thing you wish someone had taught you?
