Looking for some riding jeans with pad pockets on the OUTSIDE

Hey everyone! I am hoping to find a nice pair of riding jeans that I can wear to work. The only thing is that it is super uncomfortable to wear pads all day and weird to change pants in the semi-public bathroom lol.

I feel like I have seen a pair somewhere that had the folding pockets on the outside of the pants, but I can't remember where. It would be great to roll up to work and just take the pads out before going on with my day.

Thunderstorm came with hail.

I'm devastated. This was the first year I started everything from seeds. It was thriving. I was so excited to make my take what you need farm stand.

Is it too late to plant?

I planted my first bare root fruit trees last year in early May. They all did all right until the Japanese beetle infestation, and later some extreme deer damage. I didn't really know what I was doing. Now all the saplings have cages and I'm being diligent about beetles this year.

Unfortunately, it seems like only two peaches and one apple survived. Both cherries and one of the apples died, and my mulberry seems like the branches are growing, and appeared to produce one leaf....which promptly died. The trunks is green, but the branches are brownish green after a scrape test.

I live in Maine, zone 5A. I know you're really not supposed to plant in the summer because they might get damaged in the winter, but is it really too late? I'm feeling super sad because had I known the trees were dead in May I would have planted again at that time, but I was waiting for them to leaf out.

I figure if I can't I'll buy some more mature trees next year, but this year I feel like I've had the wind taken out of my sails a little bit.

Scooped some dirt from the beds about a month ago to start some seeds. Occured to me that I have been cultivating weeds today (down in front).

Anyone know what they are? They have pinprick sized holes in the leaves and are slightly reddish. I have not removed them yet - partially because I don't have any other seedlings to plant and partly because I have raised them since they were babies :(

Birthday card I made for my boyfriend (who is hilariously bad at seeing korok puzzles)

Also got him a really nice master sword replica. Hope he likes it!

Hi! Second year gardener here :) last year I wasn't able to get dirt to fill my beds until early July, and just bought all the half price rootbound seedlings from Long fellow's. I planted in straight compost because it was all I had (and free from a friend), and surprisingly it worked out incredibly well!

This year I've got my own seedlings and some loam to mix in. I been following the MOFGA calendar pretty closely save for a few things. When do you all think you are going to start direct sowing seeds outdoors? I have raised beds and I'm located in the Belgrade Lakes region for reference.

Cheers and happy gardening!!
