I just came out of an interview to get a scholarship to study abroad, and I used the spread in the picture but asked for 2 cards for each question.

- How do they see me as a candidate? 5 of wands, queen of pentacles: the 5 of wands tells me I'm not particularly outstanding in comparison to the other candidates, as the people in the card are all in the same footing with no one with any clear advantage over the other. The queen of pentacles however gives a more positive image. I talked about volunteer work so I think it makes sense that this queen appeared, as she's usually the most caring in practice. In conclusion, they see me as a relatively average candidate who dedicates herself into what she tries to do and cares about what she does.

- What do they see as my strengths? The first card that fell was the wheel of fortune, which left me very intrigued. Maybe they see me as a versatile adaptable person? Then, I tried to pull one more but two jumped out: the 7 of cups and the 7 of pentacles. I think the 7 of cups reinforces the versatile adaptable characteristic, as I talked about different activities during my academic and professional career. The 7 of pentacles I think says they see me as someone who works hard and will see many different fruits out of their labor, but it's not there yet.

- What do they see as my weaknesses? High priestess and 5 of pentacles: Maybe they saw me as a bit naive or lacking of knowledge, not ready for the program yet?

- what are their feelings about giving me the scholarship? Judgement and the knight of wands reversed: I think this signals a NO, sadly.

- what will i hear ultimately? The moon and the world: this got me confused, specially with the clear negative in the previous question. The moon tells me they won't say much about the reasons of a rejection/approval, just that they will keep it short and simple, or maybe even never give a reply. The world usually signals a happy ending so maybe this means a yes to giving me the scholarship?

- advice to me about the result - 2 of swords, king of cups sideways: the 2 of swords tells me I have to make a choice. I got accepted into another masters program but without a scholarship, so maybe I'll have to think carefully about which program to choose? The king of cups sideways tells me I have to be careful with my feelings and not rush into anything, as I can lose emotional balance easily when overwhelmed with choices.
