Why isn’t this room working?
This is the first time I’m able to fully decorate my home and I want to create a living room that feels bold, cozy, and colorful. 70’s lounge vibes with whatever style is gold ornate frames and marble top tables.
I found furniture/rug options in the colors I like but the sizing is offff and something feels funky. Replacing the couches is not an option atm. The offset window is also throwing me off.
How would you change what I have now? And how would you ‘finish’ the room to bring it together?
Inspo pics at the end.
