1st time renter, what is post-dated cheque? Need advice if its safe or has higher scam rates.
We're 4th year students and need to rent a condo for 6 months in Manila. We found a unit and the agent said that they need Post-dated cheques as their terms of payment. Is that normal po ba kapag ganoon katagal stay? How do we get post dated cheques po kaya?
Ma-iiscam ba kami, mas safe ba if cashh?

SHAKY HANDS INCOMING INTERN
Hello please suggest po how I can control my shaky hands. From what I've noticed, sa kaba po talaga siya kapag pinapanood ng CI lalo na sa pipetting, kasi kapag kami kami lang naman nagpapipette (e.g practice, thesis) smooth lang po. huhuhu hindi ko na alam anong dapat gawin. Kasi kada practicals tinatry ko naman mag-breathe in and out. Sa phleb naman yung shaking ko ay kapag nagpupull lang ng plunger. Nung first time ko tumusok for blood donation hindi ako nanginig or kinabahan (probably kasi walang ci hashaha).
Ano po kayang p'wedeng gawin? Dapat na ba ako magpacheck for anxiety HAHDDHSAH
