Security bank issue - transfer failed but funds deducted
Hello everyone,
I transferred money from Security Bank to Maribank but it showed transaction failed but the funds was deducted and the money never arrived in Maribank. I tried to contact Security Bank's CSR but unsurprisingly their CSR are one of the worst experience and got nothing. I sent an email to document everything.
Never had this exp before what should I do while waiting for a resolution?
