Help me choose my shelter to take on my upcoming AZ trip

I am planning on hiking 3 weeks in AZ (Sedona, Sups and Sky Islands areas) this November (from 9th of the month) and trying to decide which set up to take. Options are taking my MLD Patrol tarp Clone (Knot/Aricxi) with a Borah UL Bivy; small Knot Solomid tent clone ("Maya 410 grams from AliExpress) or a Durston X-mid1 with/or without the inner and instead the Borah Bivy. Which one would you use (together with a Big Agnes Rapid SL and Katabatic Flex 22 Quilt)?

Afraid the Durston has a footprint too big (especially in the Sups) and takes a lot of room in pack (and is the heaviest options especially if you need to stake all the sides against strong winds), the Solomid copy is too small and fiddly and Patrol copy too open against strong winds and coffin like to be in there for 13 hour nights. Which would you choose? Thanks so much!

Hybrid 7075 Aluminum + Carbon Fiber Trekking poles question

Anyone use a hybrid Carbon-Fiber + Aluminum trekking pole? It sounds great to me and wonder why no one thought of it before? Strong unbreakable aluminum together with lightweight Carbon Fiber. Ran across a 3F hybrid pole set with a flick lock that weighs 183 grams each, having a 7075 aluminum bottom piece and CF for the top 2 sections. Supposed to be the best of both worlds, as 3F claims most CF poles break in the bottom third piece. Is this true from your experience?

Anyone have experience with this type of pole? I want to update my kit and reduce weight but don't want to risk a CF pole that breaks in the field since my poles prop up my tent (trekking pole tent).... Thanks for any advice/input!
