I've been continuously consuming at least 4 packs of Amul Protein Lassi for at least last 3 months, if not more and now I was thinking about how much is too much??

Is it safe to keep consuming this quantity for long periods or is there a need to take a break in between?? Could this product have any side effects of taken for longer durations continuously!!
