Hey everyone, I’m leaving for the Navy in February and was wondering what you would recommend accomplishing during my first enlistment so I’m in a strong position whether I decide to separate or re-enlist. My brother is also in the Nuke program, but he just finished A-school, so I can’t really ask him many questions yet about what a full first enlistment is like. I’d appreciate any advice from current or former nukes on what I should focus on, whether that’s qualifications, college, certifications, finances, or anything else you wish you had done earlier.
