When, if ever, should you build HR instead of KR?
S3 Ornn main, working on climbing. Haven't done a lot of itemization in the past and working on it, but I have seen a lot of love for KR and not HR. I like HR because it helps my CS ans tends to get me close to the 10 cs/min mark. Drops off closer to 7.5/min when I dont have it.
