Question about the associate's degree/education

So I completed tech school almost 2 years ago and decided to take some time off after that. I am just now getting back out there with my life: I finished a few semesters part time at a local campus and actually have a major in mind this time around. (Being back in school for the first time since pre-Covid actually feels pretty good).

I recently had a sudden burst of hope and motivation in getting my bachelor's degree after witnessing people I know (family, friends, etc.) graduate and I don't want to be left behind, at least not for too long. I'm using the EAP to pay for my education and all of these other benefits are really making me feel better about my current position in life.

I transferred my transcript from Air University but only the credits from BMT carried over (they fulfill a Health and Wellness class), and was wondering why my applied sciences degree didn't? I reached out to both Air University and people at my base for help in transferring credits/info/anything but I'm being left on read and don't want to wait much longer. I can't really schedule anything for this Fall until I know for sure what classes/subjects they would fulfill hypothetically (I don't want to take a class that turns out I didn't need to in the first place).

Anyone have any experience with this? And if possible, is there a way to obtain a physical copy of my degree? Just curious, and open to any kinds of help/answers (this part was always confusing to me). Thank you in advance!
