Seeing physical changes…but not improving with the moves?
Wondering if anyone is going through/has gone through the same thing - started Lagree a few months ago and am now almost 30 classes in. Originally started with 2x per week and now have bumped it up to 3-4x per week. I’m starting to see physical changes in my body (more toned arms, oblique lines forming) but my form is still awful on the machine 90% of the time, I always need to use the lightest or second lightest spring load for every exercise. I feel like my progress is constantly yo-yo-ing - I’ll have a good couple of days then suddenly the next class I’m unable to do certain twist moves or feel super unbalanced during lunges or need to dial back on the spring load again.
What is your exercise/lifestyle routine outside of Lagree that you feel like has complimented/supplemented the practice the most? And for those who struggle with posture and balance during classes - what did you find helpful to overcome that?
