What is the gap you have noticed in the Indian stationery market? Are there products you want but cannot get, or find them too expensive?

I ask these questions as I mull creating better options and opportunities for Indian stationery.

Not to ape or copy ideas from the East and West, but to elevate stories and the ethos of our homegrown brands internationally, while providing cost effective options back home.

30F on escitalopram 20 (since 2022) and recently got put on amitriptyline 25 (half a tablet per night) for migraine management. I've noticed that my weight has only increased (went from 45kg to 73kg over time) and never decreased in these years.

I've tried eating better, regular movement etc but the weight isn't budging. Most of it is visceral fat. The blood work is mostly fine with nothing critical amiss.

Everybody says it's on lifestyle management now. But if the body's slowed down from years of being on antidep, I suspect the issues are metabolic (my thyroid is also fine!). The weight doesn't reduce when I lift heavy and eat better.

Have any of you gone through this? What helped?
